Our Price Promise is that we will surpass any authentic, current-day quote from a like-for-like local competitor. Please note that this does not extend to diamond or gem set jewellery. Should we find quotes to be unreasonable, potentially erroneous on the part of the other retailer we reserve the complete right to decline the transaction at any time.
