Do you resize Rings?

Yes we do, most of our rings will be able to go up or down three sizes with no extra cost - sizing outside of those conditions are done on a quote basis. To speak more with us regarding a Ring you want resized, please Contact Us


What Payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. You can see all options listed at the checkout section.


Do you offer Payment Plans?

Yes, you can select Klarna at the checkout section where you would usually enter your card details - you can pay over 3 months or you can pay the full amount within 30 days, just select the preferred option and continue with the checkout, you will be taken to Klarna's website to finish the transaction.


My item has a fault - what are my options?

As we sell many preowned items, there are rare occasions where your item may have a defect, we do our best to ensure everything we dispatch is in pristine condition in order to prevent the majority of cases, however sometimes we could miss it!

Please contact us and we can arrange a repair or refund depending on what you'd prefer. So long as you let us know within a reasonable amount of time after the initial purchase we are flexible outside of our usual 30 day return policy! 


My item is not suitable, can I return it for a refund?

Yes, so long as you Contact Us within 30 days of the purchase we will send you a return pack. Once we have the item back at our store we will assess it, so long as it is in the condition we sent it we will issue a full refund to the original payment method!


My order was cancelled, why?

If we cancel your order we will provide a follow up explanation within an hour of cancellation. The most frequent reason is that our systems flag your order has potentially fraudulent - to protect ourselves and our customers against fraud we refund and cancel all potentially fraudulent orders. 

This can often be caused by your Billing Address not matching your Card's registered Address (This is not effected by your chosen Shipping Address!) - please ensure they are correct as we will not fulfil orders with incorrect Billing Addresses.


I want to cancel my order, how can I do so?

If you contact us before your Order has been dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a full refund on the same day. If you order has already been sent out then we will be unable to cancel the order, if you wish to return the item when it arrives for a full refund, we can arrange that instead!
