We are one of the few companies in the Country that has signed up for 'The Gold Standard' which is a code of conduct for best practice in the purchase of jewellery from the public. As part of the conditions of The Gold Standard, we have to ensure the production of adequate proof of ID before we agree to purchase. Acceptable forms of ID are:

• Driving Licence
• Passport
• Bus Pass
• Student Card

If these are not acceptable we can also accept:

• An official letter/Bill/Statement PLUS a valid bank or credit card in the same name
