What delivery options do you offer?
All items £50 and under are sent by Royal Mail standard 24-hour postage with the option to upgrade to special delivery for an additional cost. Orders over £50 or more are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day and are insured up to their purchase value. Items sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery have to be signed for upon delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the Royal Mail tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received a tracking email, please contact us via the chat box on our website. Please provide your order number, email address, or phone number, and we’ll be happy to check the status of your delivery for you.
Can I cancel my order?
If you can contact us before your Order has been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel your order and issue a full refund on the same day. If your order has already been sent out, then we will be unable to cancel the order. If you wish to return the item when it arrives for a full refund, you can follow the return instructions that will come with your order!
How do I return my order?
With each online purchase return packing instructions are included. If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps in the instructions included, using your original packaging to pack the item, making sure that it is insured properly. Once the return has arrived with us, the refund process will be initiated.
I never got my order. What to do?
Contact Us as soon as you can via our website or on the chatbox, and we will look into it for you, or use your Royal Mail tracking number, as this may show where your parcel is.
My item has a fault- What are my options?
As we sell many pre-owned items, there are rare occasions when your item may have a defect. We do our best to ensure everything we dispatch is in pristine condition. However, should you find your item is faulty, we've got you covered! Please Contact Us via our website or the chatbox, and we can arrange a repair or refund depending on what you'd prefer!
Bank holidays and weekends
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays will be sent the next working day. Please note that we do not process orders on Bank Holidays, so allow extra time for delivery if ordering around these dates.
Why is my order delayed?
Most delays are caused by courier services, and while we always dispatch orders promptly, unexpected issues in transit can sometimes affect delivery times. On rare occasions, an order may also be placed on temporary hold if it is flagged during our security checks. This is simply to verify details and protect our customers. To help avoid this, please ensure the billing address entered at checkout matches the address linked to your payment card, as incorrect information will be queried and may cause further delays.
