Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as:
- Gift cards
- Bullion and Coins
- Earrings (Unless faulty)
- Any item with alterations (Sizing, rhodium plating, length adjustment) requested by the customer will not be eligible for return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Do you resize rings?
Yes, we do, most of our rings will be able to go up or down three sizes. There will be a reduced charge from our goldsmith which we do on a quote basis. To speak with us more about a Ring you want resized, please contact us.
Is this product real gold, silver, platinum, etc?.
Yes! All of our jewellery is crafted from genuine precious metals and carries official hallmarks. The only exception is items weighing under 1 gram, which may not be hallmarked. If that applies, it will always be noted in the product description. All items are also tested with state of the art X-ray metal analysers!

Do you sell lab-grown diamonds?
Lab grown or created stones will be clearly marked in the title of the product before you even click on the item, and then again in the description. All gemstones are tested with presidium gem testers to ensure authenticity.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do! You can choose Klarna or Paypal Pay Later at checkout, where you would normally enter your card details. Klarna and Paypal Pay Later offers two flexible options: you can either pay in 3 monthly instalments or pay the full amount within 30 days. Simply select your preferred option at checkout, and you’ll be redirected to Klarna’s or Paypal Pay Later website to complete the transaction securely.

What delivery options do you offer?
All items £50 and under are sent by Royal Mail standard 24-hour postage with the option to upgrade to special delivery for an additional cost. Orders over £50 or more are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day and are insured up to their purchase value. Items sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery have to be signed for upon delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the Royal Mail tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received a tracking email, please contact us via the chat box on our website. Please provide your order number, email address, or phone number, and we’ll be happy to check the status of your delivery for you.
Can I cancel my order?
If you can contact us before your Order has been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel your order and issue a full refund on the same day. If your order has already been sent out, then we will be unable to cancel the order. If you wish to return the item when it arrives for a full refund, you can follow the return instructions that will come with your order!
How do I return my order?
With each online purchase return packing instructions are included. If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps in the instructions included, using your original packaging to pack the item, making sure that it is insured properly. Once the return has arrived with us, the refund process will be initiated.
I never got my order. What to do?
Contact Us as soon as you can via our website or on the chatbox, and we will look into it for you, or use your Royal Mail tracking number, as this may show where your parcel is.
My item has a fault- What are my options?
As we sell many pre-owned items, there are rare occasions when your item may have a defect. We do our best to ensure everything we dispatch is in pristine condition. However, should you find your item is faulty, we've got you covered! Please Contact Us via our website or the chatbox, and we can arrange a repair or refund depending on what you'd prefer!
Bank holidays and weekends
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays will be sent the next working day. Please note that we do not process orders on Bank Holidays, so allow extra time for delivery if ordering around these dates.
Why is my order delayed?
Most delays are caused by courier services, and while we always dispatch orders promptly, unexpected issues in transit can sometimes affect delivery times. On rare occasions, an order may also be placed on temporary hold if it is flagged during our security checks. This is simply to verify details and protect our customers.
