What we buy
At Gold Reserves what we purchase does not depend on condition or age, only gold weight and purity (carat). We buy any gold items including all scrap gold.
Therefore as long as your jewellery only consists of Gold, Silver or Platinum of any carat in any condition, we will make you an extremely attractive offer for it. Please note we only buy Silver at our stores, we do not buy it online. |

What about Gemstones?
We are not interested in buying gemstones themselves as the re-use market for these items is not well developed. We will accept Gold or platinum items set with gemstones however the quote you receive will only reflect the value of the metal content. Diamonds are the only exception with single stones above 25pts (or ¼ carat) being priced individually according to quality.
What items don't we buy?
At the moment we are not seeking to buy watches or medals (unless gold), costume and other jewellery that is not made from gold or platinum. If in doubt about the purity of your jewellery or items please request a recycling kit and post your gold to us for analysis.
